Your user data, speed and connection test measurements and system information are stored anonymously and transmitted to Sunrise's measurement systems. Data and measurements from the app are collected in a Sunrise database and used to produce anonymous statistics about the quality of Sunrise's mobile network. The use of this application contributes to the development and improvement of the Sunrise mobile network. Scope of functions: manual or automatic return As a customer, you can manually trigger a connection test or a speed test for mobile data transfer yourself and, in the event of an insufficient mobile network experience, send precise feedback to Sunrise. The app makes it possible to set up the regular and automatic recording of technical parameters (e.g. information from the mobile network) and to transmit them to Sunrise (data usage less than 2 MB/month). Data protection: ensured at all times All data collected by this application is processed exclusively by Sunrise and only for the purposes mentioned, in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation and the data protection provisions of Sunrise's general terms and conditions. The application not only records measurements from active tests (speed and connection tests), but also location and usage information as well as technical (system) parameters. The data transmitted anonymously to Sunrise which are processed and evaluated are the following: MSISDN, IMSI no., device model User data ("Network feedback" module) Values ​​from user-triggered active measurements (“Throughput Test” module) - Download speed - Upload speed - Round-trip delay (ping) - Internet availability/success rate - Download duration - Parameters system and user - Mobile network information (Cell ID, signal strength) - Device information (e.g. model, operating system) - Location information (e.g. longitude and latitude) - Information about time (e.g. timestamp of measurements) Some of the data transmitted by the application is personal and can be used to identify you. No data connection charges for Sunrise customers Data traffic from the app is free for Sunrise postpaid and prepaid customers.
