The "Studienbibel Deutsch" app can be operated with an Android cell phone or tablet and can be read and listened to.
The app also contains the Luther Bible from 1912 and is a study Bible in which the Bible texts are explained and commented on by the theologian Carl Heinrich Riegers.
It is a free app that can also be used offline. A special feature is that you can have the Bible texts read to you and regulate the volume and speed.
Each chapter of the Bible has subtitles to make it easier to read or listen to the Bible. All verses that have the same topic are also linked to each other. After reading part of the Bible, you have the option to bookmark and save verses.
While reading a passage of the Bible, you can take notes on the verse or share the written thought on social media and send it via email or text message.
If you have problems with your eyes, it is possible to change the font size. As a visual highlight, the app can be switched to day and night mode. Everyone finds their own highlights in the Bible, which differ individually, so the app offers the possibility to create a list of favorite verses sorted by date.
It can happen that you are looking for the exact wording of a verse but have forgotten where the verse is written. There is a way to find verses using keywords.
In the app there is a verse notification function where you can set individually when you want to receive the verse as a notification on your cell phone.
The Bible is divided into two main parts: the Old and the New Testament.
