Overproof – a mobile application included in the Overproof Apps suite – allows brand owners, managers or representatives of companies in the alcoholic beverage industry to collect real-time insight from any bar environment. By combining Overproof’s proprietary and comprehensive industry data with user-generated visual input of key elements in the bar – such as drink menus and the back bar – the app provides an analysis of the venue’s DNA. This includes insights about suppliers, line-up of brands and spirits, cocktail programs, and menu profiles. These insights in turn provide crucial input for strategic and commercial planning activities, and allow users real-time optimization of marketing and sales strategies. Overproof is powered by Overproof’s artificial and business intelligence platform, Overproof Insights, which turns data into insights, and insights into the key building blocks for strategic planning, operational follow-through and sales optimization.
