Tracked over time, your Health Score is a good indicator of your overall health. PERSONALISED HEALTH COACH The MyLife Health Coach will offer you advice through the app and encourage you to make healthy little changes that will help you feel good. TRACK ACTIVITY AND HEALTH STATS You can track your physical activity, nutrition, stress levels and sleep, as well as body data and details of your mental wellbeing. The app has an integrated tracking functionality and you can also use wellknown tracking hardware or software, like Apple Health, GoogleFit and Fitbit to share your exercise, sleep etc. data with the app. STAY MOTIVATED The MyLife app uses motivation techniques from behavioural science and collaborative features from social networks. To ensure you remain active and engaged, you can participate in challenges and set health goals. The app will also provide you with personalised feedback and encouragement to keep on track.
