Thanks to the free GMapp application, you can manage your health insurance data and documents wherever you are, simply, quickly and securely.
Features available with GMapp:
ELECTRONIC TRANSFER: You are able to transfer documents electronically, such as invoices, referral vouchers or letters. When you receive a document from Groupe Mutuel, you will receive a notification depending on the preferences set.
REQUESTS SENT: You are able to view all requests sent through your profile.
DIGITAL INSURANCE CARD: You can show it to healthcare providers (pharmacies, hospitals, doctors, etc...) in the same way as your physical card, which remains valid at all times. Thanks to this feature, your insurance card is always at hand.
OVERVIEW: You have an overview of your insurance account for all family members. Any requests for changes to your personal data and contracts can be sent to us online.
CHOOSE TO RECEIVE PAPER DOCUMENTS: By default, your invoices are only sent to you via GMnet and GMapp where they can be viewed. If you wish, you can also choose to receive your invoices by post, in addition to them being accessible in GMnet and GMapp.
