- Chaejeung Crew: Reduces the attack power of nearby demonstrators, but cannot attack themselves.
- Water Cannon: Requires 10 Passes and has a long cooldown.
In Easy mode, policemen and protesters both start with 75 goods, and in
hard mode, policemen start with 80 goods and protesters with 120 goods.
